Responsibilities
Providing technical support to residents in an efficient and accurate manner
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
Assisting with basic technical issues across assigned areas
Ensuring optimal system performance and resident satisfaction
Working evenings and weekends to support resident needs and events
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred
Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor, required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required
Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops required
Ability to work patiently and effectively with customers to resolve technical issues, required
Ability to be available to work Nights and Weekends as required
Ability to troubleshoot hardware components and peripheral devices on the network is required
Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues on troubleshoot software on networked devices is required
Ability to connect devices to wired and wireless networks is required
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android preferred
