Responsibilities
Direct Patient care
Rooming patients, including obtaining vital signs
Schedules a wide array of appointments
Obtains lab results, Radiology reports, hospital reports and referral information
Performs phlebotomy
Prepares operating room for procedures and assists physician during procedures in the operating room
Prioritize and triage patient flow
Perform CLIA waived lab tests
Qualification
Required
Current BLS Certification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
Surgery center experience preferred
