Work with buyers and sellers throughout the Portland Metro area (especially Wilsonville and surrounding communities)
Learn how to generate business opportunities through working your sphere, calling, door-knocking, open houses, website leads, and networking (we will teach you how!)
Attend team meetings, trainings, and events that build your skill and confidence
Follow up with leads, nurturing relationships, and building your sphere
Learn how to deliver exceptional client experiences that create lifelong raving fans
Qualification
Required
A licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent eager to fully commit to growth and dedicated effort
An individual who is receptive to guidance, builds strong relationships, and takes initiative—focused on long-term success rather than just immediate transactions
