Identify, engage, and recruit provider groups into the organization

Drive business growth through strategic networking, relationship-building, and outreach efforts

Leverage publicly available data sources, existing professional relationships, and new connections developed through conference attendance and industry events to identify opportunities for partnership

Serve as a representative of Care Partners ACO, building trust with providers and stakeholders

Clearly communicate the value of participation and ensure alignment with both organizational objectives and CMS guidelines
