Parsons Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is ready to learn and grow within the Utility industry. This role involves supporting the coordination and management of projects, monitoring project progress, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and clients.

Responsibilities

Communicate with the Project Manager regarding project needs and goals

Monitor project progress

Follow up with PM and client regarding the completion or delay of project phases

Support the coordination and management of projects

Analyze schedules, help identify critical paths, and communicate your findings effectively

Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner

Will be required to work from the client location in New York City, NY

Qualification

P6Critical Path MethodologyCost Management principlesEngineer-in-Training CertificateDegree in Engineering

Required

Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 3+ years of related work experience

In addition, an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate may be required (or other related certifications)

Understanding of P6, Critical Path Methodology (CPM)

Knowledge of Cost Management principles
