The Wealth Advisor will manage high-net-worth client relationships, provide holistic financial planning, and help lead the growth of the firm through business development and team leadership.

Responsibilities
Drive business development efforts through client referrals, strategic networking, and community engagement
Onboard and cultivate high-net-worth client relationships with care and professionalism
Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions including financial planning, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning coordination
Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, ensuring personalized, proactive, and integrated advice aligned with each client’s goals; engage next generation of clients to solidify and extend relationships for the long term
May Lead and oversee a support team—either an existing group brought with the advisor or one we build in partnership
Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience
Must act as a fiduciary, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client confidentiality
Must maintain a strong commitment to compliance
Analyze, draft, edit, and deliver comprehensive financial plans to clients
Analyze prospective client’s investment portfolios and financial planning in conjunction with introducing new clients to the firm
Manage client communications, coordinate with other client financial partners, and follow-up with clients’ other advisors
Ensure adherence to company standards of net new asset growth and retention.Attend company workshops or lectures and speak to groups of potential clients when called upon
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related), master's degree a plus
Minimum of ten years of client-facing experience (wealth management, financial planning, or tax) with deep knowledge of investments, retirement, and estate strategies
CFP® credential required or has advanced degree such as master's degree in financial planning or tax. The following credentials may also be considered: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC)
Experience using financial planning tools such as eMoney or similar platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments
Must be a humble, entrepreneurial, hardworking collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
Preferred
Sales aptitude and experience is also highly desired
