2+ years expRedGuard is a trusted provider of structures for severe weather and asset protection. The Commercial Installer will be responsible for installing various models of storm shelters into commercial spaces while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Prepares and installs concrete pads by digging, building, and setting forms, pouring concrete to specified levels, and ensuring proper consistency
Uses hand tools such as straight-edges, floats, rakes, shovels, trowels, and brooms to help spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces
Places in-bed plates in freshly poured concrete as directed
Installs storm shelters by mounting and anchoring units according to provided instructions
Performs basic quality checks to ensure work meets company and customer expectations
Completes required paperwork accurately and submits it to the installation coordinator in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
2+ years of construction experience
1+ years of forklift and pallet jack experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points
Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
OSHA 10, OSHA 30
Certified Welder
Concrete Experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Medical Examiner's Certification [Medical Card]
Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
Ability to read and understand oversize routes and permits
