Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics movement via UAS and aerial platforms, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements
Perform weight and balance calculations for cargo and payloads to ensure proper distribution and flight safety
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize loading procedures and platform performance
Provide technical expertise in logistics planning for aerial transport missions, including integration of new payloads and equipment
Support operational test and evaluation activities (including JT&E) to validate logistics concepts, performance, and system readiness
Ensure adherence to security protocols and requirements for TS/SCI-cleared operations
Qualification
Required
Background in logistics movement via UAS and/or aerial platforms, with hands-on experience in loading procedures
Demonstrated experience with logistics operations, specifically weight and balance planning and execution
Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory)
Preferred
Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing programs
Familiarity with DoD logistics processes and aerial platform operational constraints
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
