Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex litigation involving Child Victims Act cases, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, motions, and trials

Defend clients against allegations of child sexual abuse, with a focus on CVA cases

Handle all stages of litigation, including research, legal writing, case management, depositions, and court appearances

Develop and execute litigation strategies, collaborating closely with senior attorneys and clients

Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other necessary documents for hearings and trials

Manage case load efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate updates to clients and senior attorneys

Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings when appropriate

Maintain a thorough understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal precedents, particularly those pertaining to the Child Victims Act
