Responsibilities

Support automated tool assembly projects
Lay out, install, and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic components used in custom tooling
Assemble, install, and repair tubing, pipe, and fittings
Diagnose and resolve pneumatic issues and recommend necessary repairs
Mark up engineering drawings to reflect changes and report those updates to relevant departments
Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines
Maintain accurate time and work records in the ERP system
Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company policies

Required

Pipefitter Card or 8+ years tool build experience in a machine tool shop including knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic standards, tooling assembly & setup
Ability to bend tubing and thread pipe using fixtures or hand tools
Able to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints
Knowledge of welding and automated welding systems

Preferred

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
