Generate business through working your sphere and past clients, hosting open houses, calling, door-knocking, networking, and more
Build your business through sustainable tools that buy back your time and create consistent results
Qualification
Required
An active Oregon Real Estate Broker's License (or ability to obtain quickly)
Ability and willingness to work in-office at our brokerage near Bridgeport Village
1+ years of full-time experience in residential real estate sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
A growth mindset and openness to learning new systems, scripts, and strategies
High personal standards, accountability, and follow-through
Comfort with technology and using a digital calendar (Google suite)
