The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing dashboards, reports, and data models to support data-driven decision-making across banking operations and product teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting solutions using Power BI and Sigma

Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., CardOps, ACH, Wires, Compliance) to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions

Work closely with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to improve data models, define business metrics, and ensure consistency across reports/dashboards

Leverage domain knowledge of U.S. payment rails (ACH, Wires) to provide context-rich reporting and analytics operations

Monitor dashboard performance and implement optimizations for faster and more reliable reporting

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality in BI outputs

Support the creation of documentation for data definitions, dashboard usage, and reporting workflows

Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency
