Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting solutions using Power BI and Metabase
Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., CardOps, ACH, Wires, Compliance) to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
Work closely with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to improve data models, define business metrics, and ensure consistency across reports/dashboards
Leverage domain knowledge of U.S. payment rails (ACH, Wires) to provide context-rich reporting and analytics operations
Monitor dashboard performance and implement optimizations for faster and more reliable reporting
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality in BI outputs
Support the creation of documentation for data definitions, dashboard usage, and reporting workflows
Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proficient in SQL
Understanding of U.S. payment systems, specifically ACH and wire transfers, including their operational functions and reporting aspects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, semantic layers)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
4+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data reporting roles in providing actionable insights
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Sigma for creating analytics solutions
Experience working with cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake & Microsoft Fabrics)
Preferred
Experience in financial services is a plus
