Responsibilities

This position will be funded by the individual's fund-raising efforts as well as with funds from the RVP
Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit major gift prospects, as they grow in their donor maturity
Connect, communicate and care for major donors, focusing on cultivating relationships with individuals capable of giving $5,000 and above. (Tier 1, Tier 2)
Focus on the strategies within the regional Every Generation campaign to clearly communicate to major donors the opportunities to give locally to globally
Work closely with the RDDBA, RVP, and EVP of Donor and Board Advancement to coordinate major donor experience opportunities for specific donors
Play a critical role in fundraising efforts for an upcoming capital campaign, contributing to campaign strategy and goal achievement
Participate in relevant donor events, meetings, and cultivation activities to strengthen relationships
Participate in RVP first-team meetings

Required

Follow a spiritual rhythm, including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for
Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example so they are equipped to serve others
Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly
Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times
Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit major gift prospects, as they grow in their donor maturity
