Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Size, select, and specify pumps and related equipment
Analyze pump hydraulics to support proper application and troubleshooting
Interpret customer specifications and recommend appropriate products
Use application support tools to develop accurate proposals
Provide technical support to customers and field sales personnel
Prepare detailed equipment submittals
Accurately process customer orders
Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers
Adhere to and understand company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn and apply principles of hydraulics, pump design, and mechanical systems
Customer service oriented and a team player
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience with pumps and related equipment is strongly considered
