Responsibilities
Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and staff resource planning
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Engage with educators, administrators, students, parents, and consultants to collect feedback and develop designs accordingly
Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure budget, schedule, and design goals are met
Oversee the development of construction documents and details, with a strong focus on constructability and building code compliance
Lead the preparation, submission, and coordination of all agency approvals, serving as the primary point of contact
Facilitate communication between the design team, contractor and client to ensure a smooth and timely construction process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited school
Certification as a licensed professional is required, California preferred
8+ years of architectural experience with at least 4 years working on educational projects
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related design software
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination tools
