Qualification
Required
5 or more years as a Business Analyst related to the development and execution of technology related projects
2 or more years as a Business Analyst related to healthcare
Experience gathering and analyzing the needs of stakeholders and serving as a liaison between business managers and development managers/staff
Experience with facilitating /coordinating all required meetings with internal staff and user representatives/stakeholders regarding new/change projects
Preferred
2 or more years as a Business Analyst related to Medicaid projects
Previous experience as Business Analyst in an IT environment working with State agencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PMI-PBA or CBAP Certification preferred
