Account Executive, Group Sales

Inter Miami CF is seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Account Executive for Group Sales to enhance ticket sales and the fan experience. This role involves prospecting, meeting sales goals, and representing the organization at various events.

Responsibilities

Prospect, establish, research, and close group sales leads through cold-calling, appointments, and networking
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and prospecting goals
Maintain a high level of customer service and engagement
Participate in various sales, team, and community events as assigned
Represent the organization at networking events to promote group sales initiatives
Play an active role in the Inter Miami CF game day experience
Maintain accurate records in support of sales efforts as defined by the organization
Develop and build group events and themes
Perform all other responsibilities as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience working in professional or collegiate sports preferred
Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated with a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service
Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Team player with a 'get the job done' attitude and a strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Applicants must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States
All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred

Experience with Archtics & Ticketmaster ticket systems preferred
Strong understanding of MLS and international soccer is a plus
Experience in the Florida marketplace preferred
A group sales book of business is preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
