TruFit Athletic Clubs is a growing fitness company based in San Antonio, TX, operating over 40 locations. They are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine building and equipment maintenance tasks, including diagnosing mechanical issues and conducting preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

Conduct a daily walk through of the facility, identifying repair/service needs

Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them

Performing preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment

Perform basic facility and structure repairs/maintenance (to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC routine maintenance, drywall, painting, pool maintenance, etc.)

Repairing machines and equipment

Coordinate with the Club Development Team on major facility issues and repairs

Partnering with the General manager and Operations Manager to discuss club maintenance needs

Maintain the club’s Maintenance Log (UpKeep)

Required

Proven maintenance experience

Skilled in the use of hand or power tools

Ability to take apart machines or equipment to remove or replace defective parts

Experience in performing routine maintenance (HVAC, pools, saunas, etc)

Strong time management skills
