Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects in water/wastewater, land development, or municipal sectors

Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and client satisfaction

Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports

Oversee and mentor junior engineers, designers, and CAD technicians throughout project phases

Conduct site visits, evaluations, and inspections as needed during design and construction

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Support proposal preparation, project budgeting, and business development efforts

Stay current with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required

Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience

Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Water and wastewater systems, Land development, Municipal engineering (streets, drainage, utilities, capital improvement projects, etc)

Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)

Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
