Architectural Historian
ECORP Consulting, Inc. is seeking a full-time entry-level or early-career architectural historian to join our Northern California cultural team. The role involves conducting research, participating in fieldwork, and preparing technical reports related to architectural resources.

Preparing architectural history components of NHPA and CEQA technical reports
Documenting architectural resources on California DPR 523 records and Historic American Building Survey (HABS) / Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) / Historic American Landscape Surveys (HALS)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master of Arts (or evidence of completed M.A. coursework and nearly completed M.A. degree) in History, Public History, Architecture, Architectural History, or other closely related field
Conducting literature/records searches
Participating in field work
Conducting archival research
Preparing historic contexts
Applying National Register criteria to evaluate architectural resources
Preparing architectural history components of NHPA and CEQA technical reports
Documenting architectural resources on California DPR 523 records and Historic American Building Survey (HABS) / Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) / Historic American Landscape Surveys (HALS)
Regional travel is required, mostly within Northern California
