Responsibilities

SME level support for large deployments of Microsoft Exchange environments and messaging systems across multiple classification levels

Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing Microsoft Exchange servers

Troubleshoot complex problems in Microsoft Exchange environments

Implement backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity

Participate in system design and changes related to Microsoft Exchange

Collaborate with other engineers to enhance email systems

Providing technical support to end users for software and/or hardware issues

Serving as technical and functional training expert

Ensuring the security and integrity of system and product solutions

Presenting clear, organized & concise information to audiences to enable business decisions

Top Secret clearance level must currently possess

Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline required

DoD 8140/8570 IAT III compliance

Strong oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Ability to convey conceptual ideas both written and verbally

Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related disciplines preferred

Experience with Microsoft Server 2022
