Responsibilities
Receive high quality, hands-on training in corporate and transactional matters such as corporate formation and structuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, redemptions and buyouts, government contracts and employment counseling
Work closely with companies across a range of industries
Handle complicated corporate and transactional legal matters
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of experience (no exceptions)
Passed the California Bar
Have strong attention to detail
Superb reading, writing and analytical skills; critical thinking is a must
Strong work ethic and be self-motivated
An interest in corporate and transactional law
A 'go-getter' attitude that also values being part of a close knit team
The capability to work independently and diligently
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
