Responsibilities
Engage with clients across the stages of the Project Lifecycle – Requirements gathering, Mapping processes, Solution architecture & Design through to development, UAT and deployment
Qualification
Required
10+ years in banking technology, with at least 5+ years as a Core Banking SME
Platforms: Hands-on experience with one or more core banking platforms (e.g., nCIno, Temenos T24, Oracle Flexcube, Infosys Finacle, Avaloq, etc.)
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core banking operations—retail banking, corporate banking, lending, deposits, payments, treasury, compliance, and regulatory reporting
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with system architecture, data migration, integration frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based deployments
Consulting Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solutioning capabilities with client-facing consulting experience
Certifications (Preferred): Agile/Scrum, PMP/Prince2, ITIL, or domain certifications in banking and financial services
Preferred
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; ability to influence and collaborate across business and IT teams
Good understanding of the banking domain, applicable Lending regulatory environment
Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT
Engineering + MBA degree is preferred
