Entry Level Buyer and Executive Assistant
C Pacific Foods is seeking an Entry Level Buyer and Executive Assistant to support their purchasing operations. The role involves managing inventory, placing orders with vendors, and assisting with logistics and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Assess inventory level and place orders to vendors to refill stock levels to make sure we are well stocked on all items
Work with sales team to understand what items customers need and then work with vendors to place orders
Work with vendors to understand market conditions and educate the sales team so they can be knowledgeable about the items they sell
Receive and process documents related to importing containers from overseas vendors
Work with Customs Broker to process FDA and US Customs clearance of containers
Track logistics of import containers
Coordinate inland trucking of containers from Port to final delivery location
Light administrative duties (keying in orders, filing, typing, answer phones)
Assist Accounting Department in light accounting duties (filing, invoicing, tracking vendor invoices, etc…)
Assist other team members in light admin duties due to overflow of work
Inside customer service to vendors and clients
Go in between properties to check inventory status
Assist during warehouse inventory counting days that occur on Saturdays or Sundays (typically 2-3 days per year. Once in June and Once in December)
