Bridge Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

Responsibilities
Develop professionally and connect with company leaders through our National Intern Program
Work in the capacity of a bridge engineer on medium to large projects
Support engineering staff in performing structural analysis modeling
Assist in the production of engineering calculations and drawings under the supervision of senior engineers
Support post-design construction activities by reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, or complex construction activities
Provide support for other engineering activities as required
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a Master's engineering program with a focus on civil/structural engineering at an accredited college or university
Preferred
Prior internship experience is preferred
Relevant coursework, such as structural analysis, steel or concrete design, and geotechnical engineering, is preferred
A GPA of 3.0 or higher is desirable
Experience with structural engineering software packages, such as AutoCAD or MicroStation, Excel, Bluebeam, MathCAD, and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, LARSA, MIDAS, or similar), is preferred
