Responsibilities
Plan and execute flagship events, from user meetups to large-scale conferences
Manage our presence at industry conferences
Create unique experiences that showcase our AI Agent Engine capabilities
Handle all event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget management
Develop virtual and hybrid event strategies to reach global audiences
Build and nurture our developer and user communities across multiple channels
Launch and manage community programs (beta testing, user advisory boards, ambassador programs)
Create engaging content and programs that drive community participation
Partner with product teams to gather user feedback and feature requests
Establish thought leadership through speaking opportunities and content partnerships
Collaborate with growth marketing on user acquisition campaigns tied to events
Measure and optimize event ROI and community engagement metrics
Build relationships with key industry influencers and media
Support product launches with experiential marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in events marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS
Proven track record of managing events from conception to execution
Experience building and scaling online communities
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with marketing analytics and measuring program success
Preferred
Background in AI/ML, developer tools, or productivity software
Experience with community platforms (Discord, Slack, Circle, etc.)
Event marketing in the Silicon Valley ecosystem
Familiarity with design and creative tools
