In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, providing comprehensive financial management and strategic advisory services while overseeing day-to-day accounting functions and collaborating closely with the tax team.

Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions such as bookkeeping and payroll
Performing year-end closings with appropriate adjusting and closing entries
Fixed asset and inventory valuation
Preparing workpapers
Payroll reconciliations
Financial statement preparation
Collaborate closely with our tax team to support tax projections and business filings
Lead clients + mentor staff from day one
Work with diverse businesses (startups → global companies)

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years recent experience in a CPA firm
Strong background in client accounting services: financial statement preparation, month-end close, year-end close with adjustments, reconciliations, and management reporting
Supervisory experience—ability to review staff work and provide coaching
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and other CAS/accounting tech tools
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written & verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred
CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
