Member Experience Manager

Promote and sell D1 retail products, including apparel, water, and other merchandise to clients
Efficiently manage client check-ins for classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster a positive atmosphere
Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for clients and staff alike
Help keep the facility clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming space for all members
Stay informed about D1 products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients

Required

Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness setting
