Teach didactic and clinical courses in the undergraduate programs
Collaborate with faculty teaching teams to ensure excellence in course delivery
Maintain clinical expertise, including credentials appropriate to specialty and teaching responsibilities
Engage in professional development to enhance teaching
Participate in curriculum development to enhance BSN program and maintain excellent student outcomes
Collaborate in scholarship related to clinical expertise or nursing education
Provide professional service to college, university and profession commensurate with rank
Qualification
Required
Clinical Lecturer requires a master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
Clinical Assistant Professor requires a DNP, EdD, or PhD in nursing from an accredited institution
Recent clinical experience
RN or APRN license. Florida licensure expected by date of hire
Preferred
Teaching experience
Evidence of professional contributions to the nursing profession
Specialty certification for Clinical Assistant Professor rank
