Responsibilities

Generate and close new business opportunities across international air/ocean freight, trucking, customs brokerage, and related supply chain solutions
Build and manage a healthy pipeline while executing a territory strategy
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Consistently meet/exceed revenue and activity targets
Track activity in CRM and provide accurate reporting

Required

2+ years in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales
Proven success in new business development (not account management)
Active book of business or ability to quickly develop one within compliance parameters
Strong tenure and loyalty at past companies (no job-hopping)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Preferred

Familiarity with CargoWise or other TMS systems
Understanding of customs brokerage processes
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
