New Grad, Entry LevelSmoothie King is a company focused on promoting wellness and supporting a brand with heart. They are seeking an Evening Team Lead to ensure the store runs smoothly, provide superior guest experiences, and assist in the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities
Greet Guests warmly, engage with them, offer guidance or suggestions (e.g. smoothie flavors or nutrition options)
Blend smoothies & prepare other fan favorites following recipe standards to ensure quality and consistency
Operate POS/register, ring up sales, handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Prep ingredients: fruits, veggies, powders, liquids, frozen components — ensuring freshness and proper rotation
Restock supplies, portion sizes, maintain adequate inventory of frequently used items
Maintain cleanliness: wash dishes, sanitize equipment and surfaces, mop floors, clean restrooms and/or dining areas
Enforce the store’s daily checklist / cleaning schedule / food safety & sanitation policies
Assist teammates during busy times, help where needed (teamwork)
Be punctual, dressed in uniform, ready for work with a great attitude
Assisting the Store Manager(s) in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity
Ensuring a superior guest experience, maximizing sales performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere
Will complete the store opening/ closing and following opening/ closing procedures
Assist the store manager(s) with product inventory
Must ensure consistency and high quality preparation of smoothies and Guest service
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years old (adjust if local laws or store rules): must be able to work legally in the U.S
Reliable transportation to get to work (as shifts may vary)
Willingness to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (stock, ingredients), and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in food service, cafes, smoothie bars, or quick service restaurants
Prior cash handling or POS/register experience
Basic math skills, ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines precisely
Soft skills: patience under pressure, positive attitude, good communication, ability to multi-task
