Mills Automotive Group is seeking a Billing Clerk for their new Subaru of Newnan. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process, processing vehicle sales, and verifying deal paperwork.

Responsibilities

Process all new and used vehicle sales to ensure accurate profit reporting as well as commission calculation
Verify all deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Process all trade-in payoffs in a timely manner
Post funding notices as they are received
Reconciling schedules associated with your position
Report any inconsistencies in paperwork to the Controller
Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Previous automotive billing experience
Strong written and verbal skills
