Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of account activity, stewardship, and client reporting
Analyzing and reporting on market conditions and trends
Strategizing and effectively communicating the clients’ needs to the local broadcast team
Coordinating deadlines
Managing work activity
Assisting with high level negotiations
Working alongside the Operations Director to identify opportunities for efficiencies, new approaches, and automation
Developing methods to achieve department goals

Required

10+ years of relevant local broadcast industry experience, including management positions
Senior director level relationships within the television and radio sales industry
Strong interpersonal skills for fostering department relationships and interacting with senior/executive levels
Capability to manage personnel across various levels
An independent and proactive individual with a capacity to develop and implement ideas to meet objectives
Expertise in innovative and strategic problem-solving
A team player who can prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Organized and meticulous in attention to detail
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
