Legal Assistant / Title Assistant
Rosenberg & Associates, LLC is a Bethesda-based woman owned real estate law firm that focuses on quality legal services. The Title Order and Notices Specialist will support the firm’s foreclosure practice by managing title reports and legal notices, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.

Responsibilities
Order, track, and upload title reports for foreclosure cases in DC, Virginia, and Maryland
Prepare, generate, and send statutory notices (e.g. Notice of Foreclosure Sale) in accordance with jurisdictional requirements
Maintain accurate case records and update case management systems with status of title orders and notices
Communicate with title companies, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable foreclosure, statutes, regulations, and court rules
Support attorneys and paralegals with case preparation as it relates to title documents and notice requirements
Track deadlines to ensure timely service and filing of notices
Provide quality control review of documents before mailing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Superior attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
Properly managing time to make certain daily goals are met
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future processes
Title processing: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Norfolk, VA 23502 (Required)
Preferred
Experience with internet-based applications (Case Aware, LPS), not required, but preferred
Foreclosure-related experience preferred but not required
