Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding and personalized client experience by leading with exceptional service on the sales floor, greeting customers promptly and engagingly, offering expert styling advice, and showcasing comprehensive product knowledge

Contribute to business growth and achieve sales goals by proactively understanding and responding to customer needs, and promptly addressing any customer concerns that may arise

Maintain the selling floor in alignment with brand standards; ensure visual merchandising is consistently updated and assist in the implementation and management of in-store inventory strategy

Maintain BOH inventory, communicate proactively on stock issues, process returns efficiently, and generally support store operations

Required

Previous experience in contemporary or luxury retail and a proven track record in cultivating meaningful client relationships is strongly preferred
