Required

Associate's degree with MLT (ASCP/AMT), HT (ASCP/AMT) or the equivalent in education and clinical lab experience; OR a Bachelor's degree from a four (4) year MT or HTL program approved a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent or eligible

Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988

Four (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3)

Registered or eligible for registry as MLT or HT, or MT (ASCP/AMT) or HTL (ASCP/AMT) or equivalent
