Responsibilities

Own the analytics strategy for the global product marketing organization (GPMO), setting the direction for how analytics and data-driven insights enable business growth and operational excellence
Lead Strategic and Transformational initiatives,building comprehensive business cases for new initiatives and investments, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment. Lead and manage transformational change initiatives that deliver measurable impact across functions and geographies
Serve as the senior leader and primary decision-maker for analytics within GPMO, ensuring that dashboards, reporting, and analytics are fully aligned with GPMO and enterprise priorities, and influencing the broader analytics agenda
Strategize, design, and implement KPI frameworks and analytics platforms, driving adoption and embedding data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization
Partner directly with executive stakeholders (Finance, Strategy, Commercial, BU leaders) to ensure data driven strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth, and to advise on complex business challenges
Champion a culture of analytics, leading change management and capability-building efforts across GPMO and BUs and fostering a high-performance analytics team
Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers that shape business strategy, and influence senior leadership decisions
Own the continuous improvement of strategic initiatives, operating with full autonomy and accountability for Category Strategy results, and ensuring best practices are adopted across the organization
Foster and champion predictive analytics and trend analysis to support leadership in identifying risks and opportunities, and to drive innovation in business intelligence
Demonstrate strategic vision, self-direction, and initiative, consistently leading enhancements and delivering impact at scale, while mentoring and developing BI talent

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field
8+ years' experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance, or performance management within a global environment, including significant leadership experience at the senior manager or associate director level
Demonstrated expertise in Analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), data visualization, and advanced analytics techniques
Proven success in driving KPI adoption, building Analytics and Strategy capability at scale, and leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Ability to develop and implement analytical frameworks that support strategic planning and executive decision-making
Experience operating at executive/strategic and tactical levels, delivering results independently and through teams
Strong partnership and influencing skills across functions and with senior leadership
Expertise in data integration, governance, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
International and domestic travel as required ~ 10%
Availability for occasional out-of-hours calls with global stakeholders
