They are seeking an In-House Service Engineer to restore and maintain industrial systems, ensuring equipment meets operational standards and safety regulations through refurbishment, inspections, and technical assistance.

Responsibilities

Installation of equipment at EOS facilities to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications

Refurbishment of used EOS equipment for re-sale to customers; inspect and identify worn or damaged components/technical issues, assessing the extent of repairs needed

Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure refurbished equipment meets quality standards and safety regulations

Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, components used and inspection findings

Provide on-site technical/remote assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment

Perform preventive maintenance procedures for customer’s equipment within the scheduled time

Timely, accurate submission of all service documentation according to EOS procedures and guidelines

Cooperate in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations

Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards

Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports

Manage EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets
