Responsibilities
Engage in all aspects of design delivery from early concept design, construction documentation and project coordination and construction administration
Ensure that all phases of the project adhere to sustainable design practices, solid design principles and focused construction administration
Drive design and CDs forward, coordinate consultants, manage timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Accredited architectural degree
Proficiency in Revit and Excel
Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Relevant architectural licensure or certifications are highly advantageous
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
