This senior leader will lead day-to-day operations of a business unit, focusing on marketing and partnership operations while owning P&L accountability.

Responsibilities
Co-develop and execute a multiyear strategy to grow and diversify the business
Own day-to-day performance of one of our business units
Own the P&L for your business unit
Serve as primary point of contact with many of our external partners, building strong relationships and negotiating on behalf of Red Ventures
Lead several different functional teams, managing talent for the entire org
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, consulting, or within a startup environment
Proven track record of driving business performance, with demonstrated success in leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering measurable results
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships and communicating complex topics to all levels
Preferred
Previous experience with performance marketing preferred but not required
Experience owning a P&L or a portion of a P&L preferred but not required
