Responsibilities

Interpret user stories, requirements, and procedures

Advise team and project managers on technical problems

Work independently of direct supervision on projects of high complexity

Develop design of system/software and associated design documentation

Implement design through software coding and appropriately document the design implementation

Plan and execute unit, integration, and system testing

Participate in maintenance and sustainment activities of software

Provide work direction or other guidance to subordinate technical staff

Perform other job-related duties, as required

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field with four years of relevant experience. Or a master's degree in an associated discipline with two years of experience or a PhD in an associated discipline

The candidate must possess a valid, state issued driver's license

Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance

Must be a U.S. citizen
