Responsibilities

Participate in elaborating detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS) and task boards
Maintenance of these plans and facilitation of sprint meetings with project teams
Participate in creation and maintenance of program documentation
Participate in the elaboration of program metrics and drive the maintenance of these metrics
Participate in elaboration and maintenance of risk registers
Drive program performance reporting

Qualification

PMP certificationAgile project managementMS ProjectWrikeTechnical backgroundCommunicationTime managementDetail oriented

Required

Bachelors degree or higher, or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in similar responsibilities (e.g. scrum master, program administrator, program controller…)
Strong written & verbal communication. (Ability to effectively present complex multi-faceted situations to decision makers)
Strong time management skills with ability to rapidly switch from topic to topic
Detail oriented with a passion for organization
Proficient with schedule and task management software such as MS Project and Wrike, or similar
Proficient with Agile project management, phase-gate project management and other common approaches

Preferred

Technical/Science background preferred to facilitate interaction with technical teams
PMP certification or similar is a plus
