They are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruiting) to develop sourcing techniques, interview candidates, and manage a network of technology professionals.

Responsibilities
Develop techniques to source, recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals
Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions
Prepare candidates for interviews
Negotiate and present offers for employment
Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs
Manage workforce of Consultants throughout their assignments
Qualification
Required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Possess a positive and strong personality, displaying charisma, competitiveness and able to quickly connect with people
Computer/Social Media skills required
Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Sales, or similar field(s)
Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively
Must currently reside in the Pittsburgh, PA region and able to participate in a hybrid work schedule
