Responsibilities

Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers in the Irvine and Fullerton area, including 2-year and 4-year schools
Engage in cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and managing longer sales cycles
Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Provide flawless customer service and support using a company car for field visits
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience
