Responsibilities
Review drawings and specifications to ensure work meets project requirements
Support daily field operations and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
Perform field layout, measurements, and verification for accuracy and compliance
Track daily activities, quantities, and materials to support reporting and billing
Assist with sequencing work such as steel erection, concrete, and general construction
Help prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings
Verify that materials and installations meet quality and safety standards
Communicate with engineers, detailers, and fabricators to align drawings with field conditions
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate field documentation
Promote and enforce company safety policies on the jobsite
Qualification
Required
1+ years in the construction industry
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills to document project activities, analyze data, and prepare reports
