The role involves negotiating easement agreements with landowners and maintaining accurate records of all communications and agreements.

Responsibilities
Meet with landowners to negotiate easement agreements for high-voltage transmission lines
Support landowner engagement, field documentation, and parcel tracking
Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in transmission or utility-scale land acquisition
Ability to travel extensively within the project area
Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
Preferred
Familiarity with Wisconsin landowner expectations and permitting processes
Local and regional agents strongly preferred
