eNGINE builds Technical Teams and is seeking an Account Executive to expand their regional footprint within the Technology space. The role involves understanding customer needs through interactions and delivering solutions to help their businesses progress forward.

Responsibilities
Create and cultivate a book of business with organizations needing Technical Solutions and Resources
Communicate requirements and coordinate delivery of resources with the eNGINE Talent Acquisition team
Filter eNGINE Talent Acquisition team activity to align with specific customer needs
Regularly schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with customers
Continuously identify opportunities for eNGINE with net new and existing customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing Sales-focused capacity are encouraged to apply
Proactive, urgent, assertive and drive to reach and achieve goals
A desire to learn something new every day
A natural curiosity about the inner workings of an organization's business strategy and how technology is married to that strategy
Exemplary active listening skills and overall communication ability
The discipline to set small goals and move towards them, and the resiliency to push through, reset, and move forward when things don't go according to plan
Stamina to contact prospects and current customers routinely to build and keep relationships
A passion for competition and a drive to succeed
Preferred
Previous knowledge of the IT industry is preferred
Strong preference for applicants living within or familiar with, the Pittsburgh market
