Responsibilities
Designing intelligent, autonomous workflows using LLMs for real operational tasks
Building customization frameworks that support organization-specific logic and policies
Developing conversational and voice-based AI learning experiences
Creating AI pipelines with evaluation, feedback, and continuous monitoring
Architecting multi-agent systems and scalable AI infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Have 1+ year working with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.)
Have built and deployed real-world AI systems (RAG setups, vector search, etc.)
Understand prompt engineering, AI safety, content moderation and risk mitigation
Can lead AI integration in full-stack products and collaborate across functions
Are familiar with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (or can adopt quickly)
Communicate clearly, move fast, and thrive in an evolving environment
Preferred
Ideally bring 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails (REST APIs, PostgreSQL, ActiveRecord, RSpec)
Experience building agent-style AI features inside Rails-based applications
Leading AI-driven product design or shipping AI-powered user-facing features
Deploying real-time inference systems or large-scale AI content generation
