Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle ERP transformation programs, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance
Work closely with the Senior Program Manager and client stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Manage cross-functional teams (IT, business process owners, vendors) to ensure smooth ERP deployment and adoption
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical concerns when necessary
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee updates, and change management efforts
Ensure compliance with best practices, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and organizational standards
Support post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

8+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Oracle implementations
Have lead multiple, end-to-end, multi-phase Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP transformation programs in a consulting or client-facing environment
In depth knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet and Detailed WBS task planning
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
Strong understanding of business process redesign, data migration, and system integration
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams
Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) for key meetings, workshops, or go-live support

Preferred

Experience working with multiple clients/industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare)
Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and digital transformation trends
Change management and training/adoption expertise
